Built around Wheaton schedules

A training week that fits Wheaton life

Wheaton days run on school pickup, the Red Line, and the Georgia Ave commute. Our week is laid out the same way: kids train right after school, teens right after that, and adults get both an after-work room and a before-work one — all a straight MD 193 drive from Wheaton.

After school · Mon–Thu

Kids at 5, teens at 6

Kids classes run weekdays at 5:00 PM — reachable from Wheaton Hills, Glenmont, and Kensington right after the school day — with an older-kids session and the dedicated teens program (ages 13–17) following at 6:00 PM. One trip, both kids trained.
