Good to know for parents: Campers train jiu-jitsu in structured, supervised sessions mixed with games and activities. Please send your child with lunch, a water bottle, and comfortable clothes. Parents are welcome to contact us any time with questions.
A Day at Camp

Doors open at the academy — campers check in with the coaching team and get ready for the day.

Jiu-jitsu on the mats
Daily Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction in structured, supervised sessions with the academy's coaching team — technique, movement, and mat games built for ages 4–12.
- Midday
Lunch & games
A break for lunch (families send lunch and a water bottle), then games and activities with new friends.
- Afternoon
More training & activities
A second round of mat time, games, and activities to close out the camp day.

Pickup
The camp day wraps up at 4:00 PM.
