Strong, skilled, confident — part of a team

Teenagers don't need another screen, another tryout cut, or a class designed for little kids. They need real skill, real challenge, and a room that takes them seriously. Our dedicated teens program gives ages 13–17 exactly that — real Brazilian jiu-jitsu, taught by GFTeam black belts, in a group built for their age.

01

Real self-defense

Escapes, control, and composure under pressure — leverage-based skills that work because they're practiced live, with supervision, every week.

02

Strength & athleticism

Grappling builds full-body strength, mobility, and conditioning through movement — training that feels like a sport, not a treadmill.

03

Confidence that shows

Progress is earned on the mats — stripes, belts, and skills your teen can feel. Confidence here isn't a slogan; it's a record of hard rounds survived and techniques mastered.

04

A team outside school

Training partners become teammates and friends. Many of our teens came for the workout and stayed for the people.
